Scope of work

Website, full build, or AI-ready — pick your scope.

Not every business needs the whole kit. We'll scope to what you actually need — and the first conversation is always free.

START HERE · NO COMMITMENT

A 15-minute call to understand your workflow and scope what's possible. No pitch, no obligation, no pressure. You'll leave with a clear sense of what we'd build, what it would cost, and whether we're the right fit.

Just a website

WEBSITE ONLY · ALWAYS FULLY CUSTOM

If all you need is a fast, clean public-facing site — no dashboard, no automation — we'll build that. Every site is written from scratch for your business: custom design, your copy, your brand, hosted however you want. No templates. You own the code.

Full build + optimization tools

WEBSITE + DASHBOARD + AUTOMATIONS

Website, operations dashboard, SMS, tenant/client messaging, scheduling, reporting — the whole kit. Everything tuned to the way your business actually runs, with the optimization tools built in from day one.

Make your business AI-ready

LOCAL AI + AGENT-COMPATIBLE

An AI-agent-compatible Mac Mini on your desk, your data kept local, your systems structured so agents can actually work with them. Private by default — your data doesn't need to leave the building.

Two paths in · Full build & AI-ready only

Pioneer or Template?

For builds with a dashboard + automation layer, the fastest path depends on whether we've already built for your industry. Website-only projects skip this decision entirely — they're always fully custom.

Template build

FOR LIVE INDUSTRIES · 1–2 WEEKS

If your industry's already on our list, you're getting a battle-tested system that someone else already paid to perfect. We configure it for your business — your data, your terminology, your branding, your team — and ship. Faster, cheaper, and lower-risk than starting from scratch.

Pioneer build

FOR OPEN INDUSTRIES · 2–8 WEEKS

If your industry isn't built yet, you can be the pioneer — a full custom build from the ground up. Longer timeline, higher price, but you help shape the template and you get pioneer benefits forever: discounted Optimization Plans for life, free upgrades for life (every future template improvement flows back to you), named credit if you want it.

Everything, tuned to one business

Niche tools for specific trades

SaaS companies won't build products for industries with fewer than 10,000 potential customers. That's a lot of industries. We will. See the sample list below for the shape of what's possible.

Your industry, probably

Consulting & advisory

Hourly advisory for small operations trying to figure out what to build, what to buy, and what to ignore. Useful before you sign a SaaS contract, before you hire a dev, or when you're already knee-deep in a project and want a second opinion.

Niche tools

A sample of what's possible.

Not every industry has a SaaS product built for it. These are examples of what we can build, sketched at about 30% detail so you get the shape. If your business isn't on this list — it just means we haven't built it yet. Let's talk.

Your industry isn't listed? That just means we haven't built it yet. If your operation has more than three "oh we just do it manually" processes, there's probably a project here. The best way to find out is to get in touch.

How a project runs

1. Free scoping call (15 min). We talk. We ask questions. If we don't think we can help, we'll say so and point you somewhere that can.

2. Written proposal (free). If there's a project, we write up what we'd build, how long it'd take, and what it'd cost. Fixed price. No ambiguity.

3. Build phase (2–8 weeks typical). We build. You see weekly progress demos. We adjust as we go.

4. Install. Hardware ships. For clients within a day's drive, we come on-site to set up, train your team, and leave a printed user guide behind. For everyone else, it's a guided remote install — with the same user guide delivered digitally and in print.

5. After. Your software runs. Forever. Free. If you want us to keep improving the business after launch, we offer an optional Optimization Plan (below). If not, you can always reach us hourly when something comes up.

After we ship

Your software is yours. Forever.

Once it's built, it's yours — the code, the database, the hardware. Run it yourself, or let us take care of the operational layer. Either way, the software runs.
